ICESat-2 2020#

ICESat-2 Hackweek 2020 was offered virtually June 8 - 18, 2020 with over 80 participants. There were 12 tutorial sessions offered.

Evaluation#

Participants reported increases in their levels of understanding of tutorial content across the hackweek (Fig. 1):

Of the 32 respondents to our post-hackweek survey, all reported that this hackweek was useful for their career and that they learned things that improved their day to day research (Fig. 2). 98 percent of respondents agreed that the skills learned would be useful outside of academia.
